Everything was fantastic, except for checking in. Check-in is for 4 o’clock did not get into my room until 7 PM.

The bedding was clean, this is not to knock the house cleaning staff. The building is old and badly needs updating. The first room we were assigned had a very musty smell. The bathroom smelled of mildew as well. We were moved to a new room upon request. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. The new room had mold growing in the grout and caulking around the tub. Shower curtain was torn, curtain rod was coming off the wall, and the toilet seat would not stay up. The curtains had holes, room smelled slightly off but not as bad. The two working elevators were jumpy and loud with old very used carpet. If I had not already paid, I would have left. For as much as this hotel costs, ($1,500 for 4 nights) my expectations were not met, not even close. I recommend staying elsewhere. This place is not in good shape.

Hotel is in a great location near public transportation, restaurants, malls. The room is very clean and the grounds well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even provide umbrellas. I took advantage is the free tea and muffin. The fresh fruit was a nice touch.

Absolute best experience. Great location. But it was the incredible front desk staff that made our trip so wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made our trip so smooth and easy. Pleasant terrific staff. They bring the hotel up to another level.

What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!
