The property and room were outstanding - location was excellent too and convenient to all parts of the city. It would benefit from a front desk though to watch who is coming in. I felt safe in the area and had no problems, but there are a lot of street people two blocks north (not in front of the hotel). They were harmless, but it would be helpful to have a staff person on site.

The staff genuinely cares about their guests and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to walk around and enjoy downtown as well as the beautiful parks. I’d definitely stay at Loden again. Try to get a corner room with floor to ceiling views of city.
