Romana Playa - fantastic sea views

Beautiful and cozy apartment with fantastic sea views, sunny terrace and direct access to the beach. Secured first line beach development Romana Playa offers 5 outdoor pools (seasonal opening) and kids playground. The sandy beach is clean, family friendly and one of the best in east Marbella (Elviria). The area is very lively within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets.



Bright and modern apartment has been reformed in 2020. It has a living room with open plan small kitchen, one bedroom with comfortable bed and sea views, shower room and south facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun and fantastic sea views all day long!

Every room has smart TV (to watch Netflix/Youtube) and AC unit (heat/cold). Fast Wi-Fi, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace.



The apartment located on the 5th floor with lift. Secured outdoor parking just outside of the apartment's block.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is best suitable for a couple or young family with 1-2 kids (under 10years old), as sofa-bed is only 1.25m wide and is NOT suitable for 2 adults. No dishwasher.
