ホテルは快適だが周辺に何もなし。

ホテルの部屋は快適。洗濯してもバスルームに掛けておけばすぐに乾く。電気ポットがなかったが、フロントでポットを借りてお湯を入れてもらえた。スタッフもみんな親切だった。ただ、周辺は何もなくて、レストランも遠い。 co-opはあるが歩いて20分くらい。

The staff were very helpful, the facilities were clean and modern. Our room was quite spacious, but. I didn’t like the fact that there were some very loud vehicles parked out front of the property revving their engines passed 11 PM

Everything was fantastic. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the while stay was the bed. I found it too firm but, apart from that we loved our stay and will be back.

Purtroppo mai più in questo hotel.....un esperienza terribile. La prima camera fredda perché il riscaldamento rotto puzza di scarico..ovviamente vista la mia lamentela la ragazza della reception dopo aver verificato il mio disagio a optato per un cambio camera molto meglio della prima peccato che l'acqua della doccia era fredda lascio solo immaginare Comunque anche se un 4 stelle sembra 2 stelle peccato che ho pagato per un 4 stelle Alla reception mi hanno risposto che a loro dispiace tanto.....A me invece no, mi sono divertita.. ..

Buongiorno, siamo spiacenti della sua brutta esperienza. In entrambe le camere il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda sono perfettamente funzionanti. Bisogna avere un po' di pazienza affinchè parta il riscaldamento alla temperatura impostata. Come ha visto, il personale è sempre a disposizione.

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons eu la chance d'assister à une farandole de FERRARI sur le parking de l'hôtel. Que du bonheur! Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. Agréable aussi la proximité avec le musée Ferrari. La suite: spacieuse et confortable.

The location was not convenient to Restaurants or Shopping. While it was across the road from the Ferrari Factory it was actually 1 1/2 miles. Taxis were almost none existent. The cost of a taxi to go 1 1-2 miles was 20 euro.

Dear Leonard, please google in Google maps before booking. Maranello is a small town and not reknown for shopping. It is famous for Ferrari. Restaurants are all over the town, it is difficult not to find a good place where to eat. Taxis are indeed difficult to find, but because this is not a big city like Modena or Milan, so be aware of the place where you are travelling to.

Nice hotel- close to Ferrari Museum- Stores and Restaurants and Highway! Clean- good breakfast, nice bar and sitting area- Staff is nice for some- Filomena was very sweet! And Antonio the Manager was nice! House keeping was not very accommodating- said they would clean our room, and did not at times- nice sitting area outside too for drinking and eating- the rooms are nice, however the AC is very minimal even on high it was hot to sleep. Good location. recommend.

The rooms, suites, food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back.
