The room needed a little updating. The shower leaked onto the floor during each use. The carpet in the hallway was pulling up and caused ripples in it.

The hotel had a musty smell not any amenities the garage was very dark only only one day was security there Food was ok

Automated check-in was super fast. The staff was great. I had an issue with an iron. They took responsibility, acted quickly, and addressed the problem.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
