「Full Kitchen and free cofee & water service were useful for tourist. It would be more convenient if the guest laundry could be paid by credit card or e-money instead of coins. Anyway we really enjoyed, thanks!」

「Three days with staff not changing sheets and we only got towels cause we asked at the front desk! I WON'T BE BACK......」

「Clean rooms and staff & breakfast were wonderful!」

「Just an average hotel stay. Upon arrival (after posted check-in time) rooms were not ready. Housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms. For the most part the lobby and rooms were clean, except for in the room the mattress sat on a pedestal type frame and there were crumbs and other debris sitting alongside the mattress. This was a little disturbing. The outside of the hotel could definitely use some TLC. It seemed there were more weeds in front of the hotel than there was grass.」

「Great place to stay. Will be back!」

「Wonderful friendly staff great place.」

「Great place」

「It was ok not horrible not amazing just ok. It was definitely understaffed. We didnt get to enjoy the breakfast due to only one person making breakfast and running the front desk. Then we had a room that had a pull out coach and when we went to ask for fextra linen we were given a blanket and told to use one of the sheets off the the king bed and then give up our pillows off the king bed. It was just one night so we go over it. The place deff. Could use an upgrade but still functional we got...

「Thanks to Branden for getting us the room we requested. Be ready for room cleaning every other day which means you will have to get replacement coffee pods and condiments on off days. Parking seems inconvenient because you can’t really park in site; however valet parking works great and the car was available within minutes right at the front door. The views from the room of the river and world class bridges are fantastic especially at night when they are lit up with multicolored lights.」
