「The house was lovely but communicating with the owner was appalling. She never ever answered emails. Finally I had to call the website and at last located someone who could help and so I could arrange checking in etc.
However there was no information available in the house about either workings of the house itself (lights, locks etc) or local contacts and possible places to visit (which would have been nice). The only time we met someone who appeared to know anything about the house and woman...
