「House is BIG and historic and fit our whole family, and hosts were very communicative and accommodating! Location RULES - super close to the water and shops and parks and restaurants. We had a nice stay! That said, some things could be easy wins for updates: swing on porch is broken, paint on deck is peeling (we couldn’t spend any time out there with our baby), AC units are nice to have but can’t be used overnight bc they are louder than a steam train. The shower is verrrrrry outdated and...

「Really nice cabin feel and close to outdoor activities.」

「The air conditioning did not work while we were there. While I can understand that that this was unexpected, I did not appreciate the fact that there was no compensation that was offered, especially since the maintenance person said he was going to let the office know the situation so they could determine the appropriate compensation.」

This is one of are favorite areas to stay」

「We loved the space in the house and being able to do some minor cooking in the kitchen so that every meal was not out. The beds were comfortable and the dark curtains helped keep the bedroom dark longer in the morning. The one thing that threw me was that I figured 1+ bathroom a second half bath. My mistake. I guess it is having both a shower and a bath. Lots of little details to make it more comfortable like night lights for getting to the bathroom without having to turn on a light. Also...

「This was one of my all time favorite rentals. Location is extremely convenient to Munsing and it even has a public beach no more than 4 minutes down the road that we really enjoyed.Beautiful property with a large lake down the street. We sincerely appreciate the ability to bring our pup. Thank you again for allowing us to make some great memories!! We would definitely come back again.」

「If you need a bed to sleep this is for you. Small beds only one shower yard over grown, weeds were their flowers. Spiders were very bad, I had to get out at end of driveway because driveway was so overgrown. The spiders were all over the side of the house and porch. I have a cabin in the woods and I spray for bugs. Inside of house was clean and beds were clean. You are expected to stripe your beds and take the garbage out. The road that it’s on makes the driveway very hard to get in and out of....

「The property was beautiful and had a huge stretch of uninterrupted shoreline. The beach was gorgeous and made the stay. The pictures don’t show how much room there is to play and enjoy outside. There was no/limited drainage in the household. The upstairs shower didn’t drain and held water when taking a shower. The water is also very hard. Showering doesn’t seem to cleanse and leaves orange residue on your skin. This isn’t a problem at the neighboring property. Overall, the property was great and...
