We experienced as very positive: 1) the accuracy in the VPRO description, and 2) the excellent written and verbal contacts with Tony Luelmo. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them.
