"Amazing breakfast buffet, clean, spacious, great location if you have a car. There are three pools and evening entertainment by the pool. The amenities are delightful. There is a gym. There are many stairs to the different levels."

"Piso ubicado en una de las colinas de Estepona, a unos 10mn andando de la playa de la Rada. Muy limpio y práctico, con A/C en todas las estancias muy eficaz y silencioso —apreciable en pleno verano. La piscina está en una urbanización cercana, a unos 5mn andando. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable, muchas gracias a Kelly, y a Natasha, quien nos atendió en Estepona."

"Have just returned from a stay & Maria’s property is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is as described, exceptionally clean & spacious with lots of storage, high end appliances & special touches including beach chairs & parasols. The terrace is really well furnished to enjoy a view of the sunrise & the pool which is really well maintained with plenty of sunbeds & having access to a lift right outside the apartment was great. The complex is really new & has an underground private car park with a dedicated space.Just a couple of things to mention - a car is absolutely essential in our opinion. The area is still in a huge developmental stage & there are no shops within walking distance. There are great supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercedona) a 5 minute drive away but I doubt anyone would want to walk back with shopping as the roads are very steep!There is a lot of construction happening around the area at the time of our stay. Lots of cranes & work is taking place between roughly 8am-2pm (heat dependant) Mon-Sat. The noise is not too bad but the roads & paths are quite uneven & parts quite undeveloped. We did take advantage of the fitness centre but this is in another building which is a 5-6 minute walk. On a night, you can walk into the old town but we struggled walking back. There is a taxi rank although was really busy and cost 5-6 euros but tried to book an Uber & was quoted 45!Maria was very helpful and responsive if needed as was her neighbour Henk - thank you."

"We as a family of 4 have just returned home very happy after a wonderful holiday from this stunning location. This beautiful home was everything we expected & more! The only noise was the sound of the sea & beautiful birds which was extremely relaxing. The view was also stunning & with the back of the property being south facing the terrace gave plenty of sun & a sea breeze all day with the sounds of the shore. Our hosts Ángel & his wife Christine were delightful & extremely helpful with a welcome pack of cold drinks including wine & beer & were so informative about the house & area. The house was great with loads of space for the 4 of us (would suit 6 people no bother ) & equipped really well. There was plenty of pools in the urbanisation which was great for a swim. The only problem was we had to come home! However we will all look forward to another visit sometime. A little bit of heaven on Earth :-) Thank you Ángel & Christine for everything"

"Mooi, schoon appartement met vriendelijke eigenaar met mooi uitzicht op zee. Nabij haven met ontbijt- en eetgelegenheden en ca. 1 km lopen langs de boulevard naar het bruisende centrum van Estepona. Tevens zeer behulpzame medewerkers bij VRBO. Al met al prima en aanbevelenswaardige service. Alles is zoals in de advertentie aangegeven!"

"Lovely clean apartment in a residential block, minimal traffic noise at night but only until 11ish. Great position, 10 minutes walk from marina/town/beach, great Super Cor supermarket across the road, Lidl and Mercadona 5/6 mins walk. Lots of small bars and cafes nearby, restaurants at the marina and in town.....you will not go hungry here!! Good uncrowded beach all along left of the marina with a great promenade walk. Apartment has all you have at home, including an air fryer, so it's eat in or dine out. Bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms excellent. Pool not available on this visit unfortunately. The TV has all the channels you need including all Sky sports (fantastic!), TNT sports and other entertainment channels for everyone. On 4th floor serviced by a lift, with a lovely sea view and over the old town. Good bus connections to and from airport and elsewhere. Manager Dawn was brilliant and efficient helping instantly with any queries. Overall an enjoyable stay in a beautiful area."
