As a registered guest, you will have full access to the entire condo unit, including complimentary high-speed internet at 300 Mbps for your convenience.

Amenity Floor: You are welcome to enjoy access to the amenity floor on Level 8.
Gym & Swimming Pool: Both the gym and swimming pool are available as paid amenities. Please note that access to these facilities must be pre-booked prior to your arrival and is subject to availability.
Parking Options:
Private Parking: A private parking space is available as a paid option. This must also be pre-booked with us before your arrival.
Common Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the common parking area located on Basement Level 1.
Street Parking: Street parking is an option, but it is at the guest’s own discretion and risk.

- Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. Unregistered guests are permitted only in the ground floor lobby area.
2. No Pets Allowed:
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in the unit or building premises.
3. No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all indoor common areas of the building. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the building.
4. Quiet Hours
- Please observe quiet hours from **10 PM to 7 AM** to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and guests.
5. Security and Safety:
- The building is equipped with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance for your safety.
- Always keep your unit locked and secure when leaving.
6. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 1400 hours, and check-out time is 12 noon.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional cost.
7. Damage and Cleanliness:
- Please treat the unit and its contents with care. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to misuse may result in additional charges.
