Additionally, our unit is equipped with a small digital fragrance machine, a smart lock, and a gateway for remote access, all without surveillance capabilities, ensuring your privacy and security during your stay.

Wave Pool Schedule and Fee:
₱250 per person per shift (children under 3ft are free)
AM Shift: 7am to 12pm
PM Shift: 2pm to 7pm

*Beach and Pool Access have the same fee as the wave pool.
*Proper swimwear for adults and children must be observed; violations may occur under property management rules.

The pool is closed every Monday for Maintenance and Cleaning.

*Two pay parking options are available: We have our own gated parking ₱450 for car and ₱350 for motor per night or via the parking booth of Azure noted that you'll pay their rates upon your checkout day. ₱65 for first 3 hours + ₱15/hr for succeeding hours + ₱380 overnight from 11pm to 9am + ₱15/hr for succeeding hours

*24/7 security assistance is provided.

Before booking our property, please take note of the following important information:

1. Electricity: Our building operates on a prepaid electricity basis. Your nightly stay includes a capped amount of ₱200 per night for electricity usage. Additional charges will apply if your usage exceeds this amount.

2. Early/Late Check-in: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and will incur a fee of ₱100 per hour. You can check in anytime after 2PM - 6PM, if you book with us same day and its past 6pm already addtnl ₱200 for the late assist fee as the admin portal of the building is only approving till 6pm

3. Late Checkout: Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and will incur a fee of ₱200 per hour.

4. Pool Amenities: Other pool amenities are exclusive to residents and long-term tenants only.

5. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed.

6. Children: Children under 3ft are free of charge in the room and pool area.

7. Clean As You Go: Please wash your used dishes. Failure to do so may result in a charge of ₱200 for additional cleaning.

8. Number of Guests: Please always declare the number of people staying, as the extra fee is for providing extra mattress, bedsheet, and blankets for their use.

9. Towels and Tissues: We provide 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, and 2 tissues upon your stay.

10. Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the room. Our patio is available for smoking and vaping.

11. Footwear Policy: No slippers, shoes, sandals, or any footwear allowed in the kitchen and bedroom.

12. Visitor Passes: You must surrender 1 ID to our reception to receive a visitor pass. You can retrieve your ID after checkout. Lost passes will incur a violation fee of ₱500 per card.

13. Parking: Parking is available for a fee. You can either book a slot through us or directly go to Santorini Tower to get a ticket and a slot, paying the parking fee upon checkout. Rates are posted here on our listing description under "Guest Access"

14. Same-Day Booking: For same-day bookings, please allow 1-2 hours for processing and to check if the unit is ready for check-in.

15. Security Deposit: We do not collect a security deposit. However, please note that we take a video of the unit before check-in as proof of its condition. Any damages will be reported to VRBO, and additional charges, such as excess electricity usage, will be collected accordingly.

19. Monthly Stay: For stays of 1 month or longer, please note that utilities are subject to capped amounts. Water usage is capped at ₱250, and electricity at ₱2,000 per month. Wi-Fi is already included in the monthly rate. Any usage exceeding these caps will incur additional charges, which will be requested through Airbnb. You will also have to sign a lease agreement to ensure the protection of both parties.
