"Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...

"This property was perfect for quietness, with only the sounds of the birdlife. Every morning at 6am there was chanting sounds for five minutes. "We truly enjoyed our stay at The Griya Villas. Location was superb for diving with many dive shops and dive sites just around the corner. Hotel staff did a wonderful job in accommodating all our wishes. They also went above and beyond to get our lost luggage from the airport. Food at the restaurant was tasty, nicely presented and great value for the money. We also appreciated a possibility to have breakfast at our villa, especially during the early mornings we went for a dive. Only drawback...
