"Shops close, good location. Bromwen who served us at the bar and the following breakfast was excellent, nothing too much trouble."

"We had a very enjoyable week at Copper Beech which is situated in a lovely village. It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack to greet us or to meet the owners , there wasn't any spare toilet rolls or rubbish bags they would have been helpful. The rooms are spacious albeit rather bare of pictures and in need of updating. It was good to have all the bedrooms ensuite although some of us had dripping taps. The kitchen was well equipped and the swimming pool was a big bonus and the outside garden and orchard are very pretty. We opted to pay extra for the central heating which helped keep down the need to use pound coins in the meter. Overall, the house was fine for family and friends and was a good base to tour the Jurassic coast. There is a very good local pub called The Hare and Hounds about 1 mile away with excellent food and friendly staff. Ken ."

"Good location,clean and comfortable accommodation tastefully furnished loved the local pictures, excellent information guides,so well equipped if you don't want to eat out.Easy walk into Bridport,enjoyed the market Saturday and Wednesday.Four minutes drive away we discovered the symondsbury estate The Holloway's are worth a look.Overall a really enjoyable stay"
