Room was clean! Customer service at its finest. The whole hotel staff was attentive during my stay. They always greet us with a warm smile! The guards always offered to get us a cab. The piano was plus!

1️⃣2機あるエレベーターの1機が稼動してるが！故障状態(以前宿泊利用時と同じ) 2️⃣今回はバスタブ付の部屋を利用、バスタオルだけ用意されてた、 (フェイスタオオルや床用タオルは無い) 3️⃣冷蔵庫のスイッチ(ブレーカーが落とされてたまま) 4️⃣フロントで1,000pを100p両替を頼み両替が出来ない、(2回頼んだ) 5️⃣バスタブのお湯はもう少し暑いお湯が欲しかった【良かった点】 1️⃣冷蔵庫が大きめ 2️⃣電子レンジあり 3️⃣湯沸かしポットあり 4️⃣エアコンあり

Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was not working at all. Not businesd friendly with no wifi. International travellers need wifi to stay in touch. To be told you would have wifi a d find there is no connection was a big let down. Staff said it was sliw connection but it was non existing.
