Tar smelling dingy apartment

We arrived to an apartment smelling very heavily of cigarette smoke with lots of air freshener sprayed to try and reduce the smell! It was horrible ... my son who has asmtha was unable to breath due to the heavy stench. We could not stay there at all and even though we asked for a refund the proprietor has so far refused so we are escalating the matter. The apartment does not in practice look at all like the pictures ... it was in a block that looked like student dorms... fake description of appartment ... it is a real disappointment ... please do not go to this place ... unless you are looking for sub standard infested student dorms

Great Apartment

Excellent Apartment, very clean and service was excellent. Apartment owner met me within 5 mins of calling him to get keys etc. The apartment was in pristine condition. The owner even called me after I had left to inform me that I had left a phone charger and then arranged to have it sent back to me, will definitely stay again

Central apartment

The apartment is exactly as shown on photos of website. Small and compact lounge kitchen diner with a sofa bed and all mod cons, even free wifi and a small balcony for those that don't suffer from vertigo! The double bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is very modern, spacious and the shower was lovely and hot. The manager was extremely welcoming and helpful . The apartment is very central to the city centre and a 10minute walk to Manchester Arena. There's plenty of parking nearby to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here and will no doubt use this property again.

Lovely apartment, very clean, very comfy

Honestly, this is the sort of place that I wouldn't mind living in all the time. Very clean, very comfy, the bathroom is amazing and the facilities are great. Loved it.
