チェックイン時スタッフがとても親切だった。また、部屋は十分に広く、清潔だった。ロケーションもトラムの駅から近いのと、主要な電車、バスの駅にとても近い。

バスルーム内の吸排気口からの騒音が超不快
バスルーム内の吸排気口から空気を出すような音がほぼ止まることなく出ており、バスルームのドアを閉めても聞こえるくらいうるさかった。クリネックスもなく、ないない尽くしだった。部屋が静かだったのが唯一の救い。

Aside from the street noise on the Portland street side facing, it was a great choice. Good value, walking distance to everywhere in the city centre, nice staff and clean room.

Overall a pleasant 3-night stay for a conference. Comfy bed and high level of cleanliness. My only disappointment was the lack of choice on the bar menu. I am vegetarian and gluten-intolerant. Only one dish was suitable - a Thai curry with a naan bread. The gluten free option was to remove the naan but charge the same price. For a hotel chain, a lack of choice and flexibility on a menu is poor customer service. It is for this reason I have given 3 stars.

Listen, its a budget property so you get what you pay for. But the area isn't great, and a man pooped right outside of the hotel so gotta say it's def not a clean area.

Ibis is always good value for money but it was extremely cold in the room. I had to have the heating on all night.

Fine but for the 9am maintenance next door
Everything about the hotel was fine apart from at 9am some sort of maintenance started in the hallway outside our room. Sawing, drilling, hammering against what sounded like the wall of our room. It was inbearable that we had to check out early just to get away from it.

Not very happy
Toilet was blocked, imagine getting to the hotel room at a very late hour and having to rush out for work in the morning and you find out the toilet does not flush!

Good hotel for a city break. Great location, good room, clean and great staff. However, a bit noisy at night.

Comfortable night , location very convenient. Easy check in and checkout. Good shower facility. Turning on TV too complicated - QR code or visit www! What happened to power on / off ? Carpeting very marked particularly by bathroom exit.

Lovely staff and great location. We had no hot water in our last morning and water pressure not great. Bathrooms are pods… all in all, quiet expensive for very basic rooms.

Nice hotel, well located near the Palace Theatre. Friendly staff at check in. Clean, compact room with small bathroom. Comfortable bed. Didnt have the breakfast but it was offered at check in.

Had a one night stay here. Room clean warm, decent shower. The breakfast was lovely with good quality produce. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
