Before you book:
Sofa Bed Usage - Additional charges apply for the usage of sofabed, regardless of number of guests. Please let management team know if you wish to use the sofabed, and if you'd like us to dress the bed prior to your arrival. You must give us as much advance notice as possible to give us chance to facilitate this otherwise it may become unavailable to use during your stay.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
