The living room dining area and kitchen and a bathroom with shower are on the second floor. The 2 bedrooms are located on the bottom floor of the unit, along with 2 en~suite full bathrooms and a private washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large wood dining table with seating for 6, and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped couch for lounging, and a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. The couch makes up into a queen sleeper sofa bed and the 3rd full bathroom (shower).

The Master bedroom features a King bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, as well as a TV with DVD player and a full, master bath ensuite. The second bedroom is furnished with a Bunk Bed ( Twin over Queen and a ensuite bathroom (shower and tub) The washer/dryer are in the hall right outside the bedrooms downstairs. Up the stairs is the living room and dining area and Kitchen and a sun room.

You'll have plenty to do right outside your door with Mammoth Creek, several miles of walking/biking/cross country ski trails, Mammoth Creek Park, and Sierra Meadows Ranch within walking distance. Just about a mile out, you'll begin to access Mammoth's restaurants, shopping, movie theater, bowling alley, and it's just about 2 miles to the world-renowned Mammoth Mountain Ski Lifts. For warm weather activities, travel less than 5 miles to Mammoth's Lakes basin, including Lake Mary, Horseshoe Lake, and Twin Lakes. Whatever the outing, all of it is within easy reach with only a short walk to the complimentary, town shuttle stop.
