「エアコンと冷蔵庫が無いのが不便でした。 夏の暑い時に行きましたが、昼間はかなり暑くなるので、窓を開けて扇風機を使って凌ぐ感じでしたが、夜もかなりふけてからでないと、涼しくなりませんでした。 でも暖炉はあったので、暑くない季節や冬は問題ないのかもしません。 他の幾つかのホテルも同時に予約しましたが、質問やリクエストのメールを何度か送らせて頂きましたが、一番親切に対応して頂きました。 メールを送っても返信ももらえないホテルもある中、いつも直ぐ返事を頂いて、リクエストにも応じて頂きました。 またチェックイン後に、足りない物をリクエストしたら、直ぐに持って来て頂き、他に◯◯などは必要じゃ無いですか？と聞いてくださったりしました。 また観光スポットの場所を幾つか質問したら、どれも丁寧に詳しく教えて頂き、お陰でとても素敵な場所に行くことが出来ました。 エアコンや冷蔵庫が無かったり、少し古かったりは有りますが、この様な親切な対応をして頂いて、すごく助かりましたし、今回の事はスタッフにもよるのかもしれませんが、とても気分のよい対応のお陰で、ホテルを選んだ後悔は無くなりました。」

「The place is really simple, but it was comfortable, quiet, and I had everything I needed. The floors could have been swept a little more, and maybe an ice machine would have been helpful. I was there 3 days and didn't see an employee once; however, they had everything covered up front, and I really didn't need anyone! Amazing! I would stay here again!」

「I enjoyed my stay at the Mammoth Inn. I appreciated that management is doing no-contact check-in to help stop community spread of COVID-19. My room was clean and spacious, and the continental breakfast was yummy!」
