"The location was perfect for what we wanted to do - i.e. see Mt. Etna and visit Taormina. The grounds are landscaped beautifully as the pictures show and the cabin is as small as the pictures suggest. As long as you can use the front deck, as we did, you don't feel too cramped. The 'buffet' breakfast must be something lost in translation. There was a jar of cookies and a basket of packaged pastries but that was it. "While the property at Atlantis Bay has a breathtakingly beautiful, what makes this hotel special is its kind and attentive staff. I cannot praise the general manager, housekeepers and front desk enough. They genuinely go out of their way to make you happy. As for the property, you can tell they take pride in keeping the rooms clean and updated. The amenities are fantastic and the private beach is a MASSIVE plus! It’s highly recommended."

"Exceptional, classic Italian beach side hotel. This is the tallest hotel in Isola Bella, and located beautifully above the beach and island. Pay the small amount extra to secure yourself a water/beach view and you will not regret it. Sunrise is a must, just open your blinds and step onto your terrace to enjoy, before going back to sleep until breakfast starts. There is a bus stop at the front of the hotel, you can wait in the shade. 200m to the steps down to the beach and mini markets with fantastic sandwiches are the same. Wow. Blown away."
