The lady that attended to us at checking desk is mischievous offered us a suite that turned out to be just a superior room , she tried deceiving us with all this special things that comes with that room on 11th floor but for us we wanted what was guaranteed in writing and to Expedia over the phone september 2nd to give us a twin room She told us they will put an extra bed by 6 pm so we went upstairs but there was no space for the so called bed , when I went back downstairs to question her she said it’s a sofa bed they will put in , I said that’s not acceptable then her true disrespectful deceitful rude character came out on realising we had no interest in being fooled even after showing her the correspondence for a twin room on September 2nd that they signed assured us 100 percent , She acted like she was illiterate and suddenly can’t read.What a joke , please I need my refund for breakfast as they also denied us one day paid breakfast The most disgusting thing was the initially friendly nice lady “she wears eye glasses “ later told me she would put us in a twin room for two days and move us out so others can move in .. it’s Unacceptable and this has to be looked into I had to contact Expedia who told me to remain at the front desk on the phone until they were forced into giving us two separate rooms I need my refund for my paid breakfast

Hotel was great. I was in a compact double - it was perfect for me although might have felt small for 2. Room was quiet and bed super comfy. Decor of hotel was cool too. Location was great as only a couple of minutes from central station so could walk or hop on the metro. Nice restaurants nearby. Would recommend
