"This is one of the best hotel experiences that I have had. I have travelled a lot Everything that I need I find and where I expect it be found. The breakfast is perfect (except for the amount of guests) and the staff efficient and friendly. Thank you very much. "

"The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."
