Convenient to hop on hop off, the Consstera Center few blocks away, the cable car to San Cristobal Hill, great restaurants around and walking distance to MUT! Staff is friendly and helpful. Agustin and Cecilia gave us outstanding recommendations to make our visit to Santiago worth coming back to. Room is comfortable and clean. "

" The hotel’s grounds, location and facilities (especially the pool) provide a level of peaceful serenity one does not expect to encounter when staying in the middle of a large metropolitan city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well serviced throughout our stay. Only thing my wife and I didn’t care for was the layout of our bathroom which was a bit odd, I’d request a room with an additional or sink/vanity not in the bedroom if I were to visit again and a toilet door that closed completely. The private outdoor jacuzzi tub was a very nice touch though. "

"We booked this hotel pre-cruise as it was the hotel used by the cruise line for guests. We found the people (front desk, wait staff and housekeeping) to be friendly and outgoing. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the Lobby Bar was convenient for grabbing a meal or a snack. Word of advice, the pizza is large enough for two. The room was clean, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is readily available along with a body cream "

The reception staff were always very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is not one of the safest, but the hotel is well located and offers easy access to several tourist attractions."
