"Everything's great. Location from the train station, staff are very friendly and very helpful."

"The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant. I waited long periods and noone wanted to approach me, however I watched them talking to and serving indian customers very quickly. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as it felt like they clearly had double standards for me as a foreigner."

"M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back.
