This spacious apartment located in the historic center is located exactly 400m from the famous Plaza de la Merced, in the neighborhood where Pablo Picasso was born and played during his childhood. It is right in this place where getting around the center will make your visit to Malaga easier, since you can get around without the need for a car (also to La Malagueta beach, located just 1.4km from the apartment). All points of interest in the City are a few minutes away: La Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Muele Uno, Larios Street, the Thyssen and Picasso Museums, etc.). You can also enjoy local cuisine, both from VIP restaurants and other more native ones.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor and there is an elevator. It has 4 bedrooms (2 of them with a double bed and the other 2 with a single bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a terrace with beautiful, completely unobstructed views. Maximum for 8 people.

We offer Optional Parking Space and Low Availability for a cost of €15/day. If you reserve a parking space, you must leave a deposit of €50, which we will return when you finish your stay and return the remote control.

The home will be delivered with dressed beds and 1 set of towels for each registered person.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het verblijf had wat gebreken. Niet alle screens konden naar beneden. De woonkamer (voor gebruik slaapbank), heeft geen goede gordijnen of screens. Een wasbak liep niet goed door. Van 1 badkamer kan deur niet op slot. Communciate en locatie was goed. .

Misleading Listing, Unhelpful Owner, and Security Issues

I recently stayed at this holiday flat, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The listing advertised more rooms than were actually available, leaving us with far less space than we expected. When we contacted the owner about this issue, they were completely unhelpful and refused to offer any assistance or compensation. To make matters worse, the lock on the door was broken when we arrived, and we had to go through the hassle of arranging a new lock and key ourselves. This was a major inconvenience and made us feel unsafe during our stay. Overall, the lack of care and attention from the owner, combined with the misleading information and security issue, made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Overview

Property was fine, not 5 star, clean great location One problem the description on the site is not accurate. There are 4 bedrooms + sofabed in the lounge, NOT 5 bedrooms as advertised, which did not start the holiday off well. I organised the trip and one of our main requirements was for each adult to have their own bedroom

Terrace View

Lovely views of Malaga and sunsets. Comfortable beds and great showers. Noisy, loud TV from neighbors until late at night, sliding door to terrace off the track and difficult refrigerator door were annoying. Great location with easy walk to Old Town.
