Great location. Centre of old town

Enjoyed being so close to museums, churches and numerous Tapas bars. Not great for anyone with mobility issues. Property was clean, spacious and well equipped. However, there are a few suggestions. Lighting in stairwell was very dim. We could have done with more towels than provided and perhaps a change of bed linen. A few repairs needed: Shower door in master bathroom missing, wardrobe door in master bedroom stuck, second shower was leaking . Overall a very enjoyable stay .

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit super zentraler Lage, und trotzdem ruhig. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkte Nähe zur Calle Larios und somit viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, super Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Allerdings verliert die Spülmaschine anscheinend Wasser, denn der Boden vor der Maschine ist aufgequollen, feucht und hat auch schlecht gerochen. Wenn der Schaden behoben wird, ist die Wohnung Top.

Nice flat....

Overall a very nice flat. Staff was very friendly and checkin was easy. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no basic staff in the kitchen (no salt, sugar, oil, dish-soap....). The area is very buisy but in the apartment it is absolutely quiet.

Fabulous central location

Property is tucked away so very quiet but a few seconds and you are right in the centre. Its perfect for 4 people , cosy for more than 2 though. Property needs a few repairs , wardrobe doors stick, there is a missing door on the main shower and no rubbish bin. As you would not spend much time in the apartment its not an issue.

Our apartment was perfect. Lots of room and very clean. Loved the little outdoor area. Location is great - perfect jumping-off point for exploring the city. Highly recommend. There was a crib left on the floor of the dining room that could have been stored away somewhere and the closet doors in the upstairs bedroom need a bit of love.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is modern, clean and well appointed, with a cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The upstairs bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and leads out on to the roof terrace, which is a lovely space in the sunshine. The other bedroom is a good size and there is a further bathroom and shower. The Wi-Fi is very good too. The apartment is centrally located, within easy walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants and sights.

Read the fine print

The stay at this property was overall good. The location, the support staff, the condition were all very good. The BIG issue our party had was the significant misrepresentation of what the property contained. The ad reads 3 bedrooms and 2 BATHROOMS. We have a group consisting of 2 mature couples who always book 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This facility has 1 room with a toilet and 1 room with a shower that they call 2 bathrooms, this is not 2 bathrooms which was a significant aggravation. Also washing machine in apartment means in my apartment NOT in the basement of the facility for all 50 or so apartments to share (1 washer 1 dryer). Lastly the 3rd bedroom is a pullout couch and a curtain you draw for privacy so strong recommendation max 4 people if you plan to share a toilet and shower. Barcelona is a beautiful city!!

Great location; sweet apartment

The flat is well located — in the heart of the old part of the city. The unit is well equipped with a lovely second floor bedroom. The unit is bright although has no direct street views. The terrace is small with good light but also limited views. Overall, we were very happy with the flat.

Central, well located property

This is an excellent property which is very well located. We visited Malaga to see the amazing Christmas lights and this property was only five minutes away from the main Christmas display. Great restaurants and shops all close by.

A Great Location, A Lovely Place... But a couple of issues

The pictures and layout of the apartment are accurate. It's in a great location, with contemporary appliances and overall a great place. The only challenge we had was that the apartment was not ready when we arrived (at 7pm), and the shower on the upper floor had a clogged drain... That was fixed over a day or so, but did detract from the experience. Overall I would stay there again. And Malaga is a tremenedous place.

Excelente ubicación

En el centro, muy bien comunicado. Andando a todos los sitios y cerca de todos los mejores sitios de tapas de Málaga. A pesar de su ubicación, es totalmente silencioso al ser interior pero bastante luminoso. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas y la ropa de cama perfecta. La bomba de calor muy buena en todas las habitaciones aunque no fue necesario utilizarla mucho ya que a pesar de ser enero el apartamento no es frío. Algún detalle quizá a mejorar en cuanto al servicio que nos dejaron para limpieza (pastillas de lavavajillas escasas para los días que estuvimos, nos dejaron sólo dos, y escaso papel para el baño, teniendo en cuenta que éramos cuatro personas) Recomendable.

Fabulous Location

The apartment could not be in a better location. It is close to everything in the Centro Historic. The apartment is very clean and modern. The lift works well. The only negative is that the windows all look onto air shafts. The terrace on the second floor, though, is quite pleasant and has a view of the local church steeple. Check-in is at a location about a five minute walk to the apartment. It isn't ideal but we found it to be quite simple.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles ist in der Nähe. Einkauf Möglichkeiten und Restaurant.

nieuw ruim appartement

prachtig nieuw appartement in het hart van het historisch centrum. Het is ruim, schoon en mooi ingericht. prima bedden. En een heerlijk klein dakterras met fraai uitzicht op de kerktoren. De klokken beginnen pas om 10:00 smorgens te luiden en zijn snachts stil.
