"Nice place, comfortable for 4 adults. Great location, we walked everywhere. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fine. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the tea that was provided. I would definitely recommend it. It is next door to the leasing office which has luggage storage and would have been convenient to use on our check out day, but they didn't open when they said they were going to and we had to change our plans for the day. "The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our arrival was delayed, the host made the check-in process effortless with clear and timely instructions. On-site parking was a great convenience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, public transit, and plenty of great restaurants. It was 10 mins walk to the cathedral, Alcazar and about 15 mins to plaza de Espanya. "

"The room and the location was absolutely an amazing stay! Room was super nice, clean, and modern. The apartment is very close to lots of great attractions. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service I received from the host! She was so communicative and attentive to anything I needed! Even called me a taxi to the airport the morning I left! Will definitely be staying there again :)"

"Amazing hotel and location!"

"This hotel looks fantastic on the website. However, there are many areas that are disappointing: The rooms are very basic, certainly NOT 4 star! The walls are paper thin… I could even hear someone snoring. Then the rooms above were very noisy. There is an older waiter in the cafe bar who is totally obnoxious. I ordered a mineral water as I had a strong heartburn and he told me to sit down. After 5 minutes of waiting, in extreme discomfort, I went up and said “sorry but please can I have the water I am in pain?” He told me to sit down again. I did and then he started chatting to a colleague with the bottle on his tray. I went up again and took the bottle off the tray, apologising as I did it. The look he gave me was dreadful… I thought he was going to hit me. He had also been unpleasant when I first arrived at the hotel. He is in the wrong job I think. Also the receptionists are very miserable and never smile. I travel such a lot and have never experienced a hotel as unwelcoming as this! "

"The best thing about hotel was the location - easy to walk to most places and there were cafes and restaurants close by. Stayed in a 1st floor room for 5 nights and my window faced a wall opposite so prison like. They were refurbishing 2 other rooms on the same floor so construction noises when I returned in late afternoon which was so annoying. The breakfast was the same everyday, only used it as it was comped, wouldn’t be happy paying for it. The staff working at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Towels were grey and there were old hair dryers& straighteners."
