"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "Service was excellent. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had an inconvenient situation with our room but the staff reacted quickly and appropriately. We appreciate the efforts made to make up for the unexpected situation that came up. Beach was pleasant. Food at the hotel was fresh and tasty. Enjoyed our stay."
