「Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty...

「The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature excellent showers. The food at the hotel is outstanding, and the location is a major highlight. Being in the arts district, there are plenty of interesting spots to explore, along with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby if you choose not to dine at the hotel.」

「Room looks great. Perfect location. 4 points for facilities because: you should not run out of toothpaste! It’s a basic necessity for every hotel, let along a 4 star hotel. The room is immaculate and looks amazing, but the wall outside of the room looks kinda deteriorating. 」

「Everything was great. There's a new staff on site and they are just as good as the previous team. 」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately. The room was very spacious, almost like a suite. In walking distance of the restaurants in downtown Richmond.」

「It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. 」
