「ホテル従業員の方々のサービス・対応が本当に心地良く、おすすめできるホテルだと思いますし、また利用したいと思います。部屋はそれ程新しい感じはしませんでしたが、とてもリラックスできる清潔な部屋でした。またラウンジなどのホテル施設も手入れの行き届いたくつろげる造りで、スパ・プールなども満足できるものでした。もちろん周辺の自然環境も素晴らしかったです。」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Cady Hill Lodge! Our room had such a cozy feel, and the beds/beddings were so comfortable (I would suggest maybe a tad more lighting, like one more standing lamp somewhere but not a big deal at all) … we thought the lobby was so cool, and the staff was INCREDIBLE. One of the coolest lodges we have stayed at and are already planning to book again. The only thing we would hope to tweak is even though we know it is off season, maybe the pool would be set up a little...

「到着するとロッジの職員は笑顔で出迎えてくれ、チェックインの手続きも素早く丁寧に行ってくれました。 ロッジではいろいろなイベントやレクリエーションができますが、その予定が書かれた紙を見ながら丁寧に説明してくれたのでわかりやすかったです。。 お部屋は清潔感がありバルコニーからの景色は美しく最高でした。 ロッジ内にはたくさんの写真が飾られいい意味で“トラップファミリー”を感じることができました。 宿泊費はやや高いですがそれだけの価値を感じられる滞在だったので、とても満足しています。」

「オフィスの場所がすぐに分からず少し戸惑いましたが、他の宿泊者の方に教えてもらい、よく見ると案内の看板がありましたので問題はありませんでした。1人でのスキーの宿でしたが、夜ゆっくり休めて良かったです。」

「ホテル裏に池があり、フリーでのカヤック乗り放題だった。これは他のホテルには無い、素晴らしいサービス。施設が古い事に目をつむれば、良いと思う。」
