It’s quiet, private, and has the feel of a low-key luxury retreat — clearly the result of a lot of care and planning. One bit of advice: hire a small car. We didn’t, and the narrow roads made things unnecessarily awkward. The house sits on a large plot and feels properly secluded. The outdoor areas are cleverly laid out — you can always find sun or shade without moving furniture...

"This hotel was really great! Staff were really kind and attentive and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had - loads of different variety and very good quality. I spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace which was very relaxing and quiet - especially with the hot tub. It is very walkable to the town centre but out of the way enough that it isn’t loud and busy outside the hotel. Overall, I really recommend. "

"Our stay at the property was great! I would like to note that there was a bit of mold in our shower & the shower water leaked out onto the floor in the bathroom. It could’ve been just our room but would’ve been nice to not have that at all. The beach & pool area are great and very well maintained. It makes the location so unique and special. A shuttle service to the city centre would’ve been great however, this hotel lacked this. If you want a beautiful view, a nice spot to swim and a good nights rest - stay here. "
