Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!

Great spot for the young, beautiful, bougie crowd. Obnoxiously overpriced drinks. Room was small but clean and contemporary. Rooftop bar views were awesome. Bar staff on the rooftop need to learn better manners - the guests shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience with a side of snarkiness.

Location was helpful. Staff overcharged are card two times. Tv did not work, blow dryer broken( both after being replaced) broken furniture and looks warn down. Iron did not work for the 3rd time after being replaced. No comforter on the bed only a thin cheap Walmart looking blanket . I will be paying for more of a nicer hotel next time. Please don’t waist your money

"Not clean. The surroundings and the parking area were not clean. When we entered the room, the bathtub was not clean. The elevator and room had weed smell. The iron box was not working. Had to call the front desk multiple times to get a replacement iron. The swimming pool looks old."
