Great customer service and quality communication. I’ve stayed here innumerable times since May and in many of the units. It’s alway been constant excellence!

You have to navigate steps with your luggage and there are no chairs in the suite we were in. The staff was exceptional - very helpful. The bed was comfy. The location was not the best but not the worst - within walking distance to most attractions. We loved the old history of the place. Would definitely go there again.

8/10 Very Good! (2 reviews)
I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

What an absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay feel special. The decor and overall theme of the hotel were AMAZING — so much character, personality, and attention to detail. It made the whole experience feel unique and memorable rather than just another hotel stay. Another brilliant touch was the Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room. Such a cool detail that perfectly fits the hotel’s personality and the city’s musical soul. Being able to put on some music and bring the beating blues heart of the city back to life in our room was the perfect finishing touch to an already amazing stay. And the food and drinks deserve a special shout-out too! The coffee was fantastic, and the pizza was seriously delicious — especially during happy hour. 🍕☕️ But a very special mention has to go to Rich, who is quite simply the most awesome human! His warmth, personality, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily come back. A fantastic hotel with fantastic people — 5 stars all the way!
