Everything was great the clean room with great amenities, short distance to the mosque and other stores. Some of the reviews on here had me skeptical at first but after staying there, I'd most likely stay here every time!

We arrived after 4 p.m. and had only 20 hours to stay in Medina. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our room key until around 6 p.m. The dining area was divided by nationality, and the food quality provided for our group was poor. The reception staff at check-in were unprofessional and very slow. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the amount we paid.

I changed my stay and checked out and Expedia couldn’t liaise with them as no on would answer phone or email to change my stay so I lost my money. Why would Expedia list a hotel they can’t communicate with or offer high standard of service.

Avoid like a plague

Absolute diabolical hotel! Very unclean, no swrvices for our 8 days we were there. Had to go out and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. Room was not stepped in from cleaners for full 8 days. Im only 5ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the bed. Very out dayed and poor hotel. Only good thing is it is close to the haram.

Complaint

My experience was too awful and disappointing. The check-in time is at 2pm and I received my room at 11pm. And the service wasn't welcoming. Also i had to go down to the counter more than 3 times to get what i want, no one answers the phone. And i didn't receive the room that i ordered and everything was chaos.

Chaos, no order , the customer service though doing their best they have no control of the situation, for instance while they are helping you if customer comes in and asks question they will stop your work and try to respond to that person needs. Also the hotel is not clean, carpets are really dirty and rearing Thirty years of accumulated dirty. I hope they change the course.

Wi-Fi is very week and room cleaning is not every day we keep calling please clean my room Still they used to be clean after 2-3 days. When you complain they don’t understand English on the counter I think they don’t want it to listening to you.We have included breakfast in Ramadan they give same breakfast every day I don’t like it food at all. They supposed to give microwave in a room Because we buy own food. Hotel is nice very close to Haram. Beside the counter people all the staff is very nice
