「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「Just returned from a one week stay at the H10 White Suites and we were all so impressed with the hotel. Check-in was great. Staff were so informative. We were also upgraded to a deluxe suite which was lovely surprise. Cava & chocolates were in our room for arrival. Food & beverages were excellent. Plenty of choice at all meals and the all inclusive package included brand name drinks. Cocktails were all made fresh and presented to a high standard. Rooms were spacious and decorated to a high...

Our first time at dreams and in playa Blanca, stunning hotel, professional and helpful staff and great perks being in preferred club including the mini fridge and free breakfast included. Beautiful views from the room, extremely clean and just perfect for our stay. Will definitely be returning. Cannot wait. 」

「Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back.」

The place has a beautiful garden and terrace, perfect to relax and unwind, and the atmosphere was super peaceful.
