The location is nice, the welcome drink is refreshing. However, the curtains isn’t black out material. Our room outside just two streets light. Meanwhile, our room is so bright throughout all day long. And the mattress is too soft for us. And the restaurant just next to our room. It is a bit noisy in the morning time.

Air conditioning was unacceptable. It was 96 degrees in Florence (36C) the whole week. The room was 81F (27.4C) when we arrived. The A/C was intentionally neutered to blow air at the lowest setting and the room never cooled down below 79F (26C). Absolutely ridiculous to sweat out your paying customers. Stay somewhere else!
