"Unexpectedly great! Located conveniently within the Fishermen's Wharf. The pictures of the hotel don't do it justice. The room was big with European style and it was super clean. They even have over 8 pillow selections! I got one for stiff neck and another for my partner who snores. I got to say, the pillow really does help with snoring! The bed is firm and comfortable. Perfect for after a long day of travelling around Macau. Location is great! Several Bus stops just footsteps away from the Hotel that takes you around Macau. The only con is there is no shuttle bus directly to the hotel. But there is Sands hotel right across the street that does have free shuttles to take you to Venetian Cotai. For the price, location, and the Habour view, I highly recommend it! "

"To be honest the property is amazing although it’s the first hotel wherein, I’ve faced a lot of challenge while talking to the staff. They don’t English Few of them tried to help us in the best possible way like the Manager (Jacky) he was the best when it comes to hospitality. Another person was on 26th floor. He tried his best to assist and explain the complete situation. But a shoot out for Jacky and the guy who served us on 26th floor (17 sep 2024 around 5) for being the best manager and for his hospitality "

"Incredible hotel. The service I received couldn't be faulted. My room was impeccably clean, huge, with a great view of the lake and infinity pool. The hotel is a minute walk from public transport, shopping and casinos. The staff were great, really accommodating and I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Great restaurants and culture just down the road. The infinity pool was great too."

"It was an older hotel but provides great value. We stayed for 4 days, and the hotel staff were excellent. The area has a lot of local food and shops, and a 15-min walk to St Pauls Ruins. Highly recommended for a budget stay."

"The hotel was quite busy and only allowed us to check in at 3 pm, even though we arrived an hour early. The double bed was very small (similar to the bed sizes in Japan), but fortunately, it was fine for us as we are of smaller stature. The breakfast options were limited, and overall, the cost of accommodation in Macau is quite high. I’ve heard from Hong Kong residents that they prefer staying in Zhuhai, as it is more economical compared to Macau."
