Spacious penthouse near wellness

This spacious and comfortable penthouse is located on the top floor of one of the two apartment buildings, that opened their doors in 2022. These buildings are located in a separate part of Resort Maastricht, called Castellum, right next to "Wellnessresort Maastricht" (for a fee). You can use the small, heated swimming pool (5 x 3 m) in the building for free; it features a powerful jet stream and relaxing chairs. There also is a laundry room. Our ambitious and beautiful resort is located just 4 km from the pleasant centre of the hip city of Maastricht.

The single-storey penthouse is accessible via a staircase. The spacious living room features a TV, as well as a nice sitting and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. There are three bedrooms, each with two comfortable single box spring beds, which could or could not be in a double set-up. There are two bathrooms with a shower. One of the bathrooms has a toilet. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal.

From the living room, you can reach the spacious roof terrace with garden furniture. You can park your car (for free) in the central car park of the resort.

You can book various apartment and villas at Resort Maastricht, for 2 to 20 people.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply.
