"Room was in a first floor block ( no lift) overlooking and adjacent to a busy parking lot, with traffic heard until very late. Also woken each morning by trash truck emptying the industrial bins ( as early as 5.30am) and beeping of lorries making deliveries very early. No in-room safe and poor facilities overall for a hotel. No room servicing unless requested ( and then sporadic) This has got to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. "

"Parking was ok? I got lucky with my spot. They have very limited space for parking when they have a bus amount of people as guests. The staff was very friendly and kind. They were able to answer questions i have asked. The hot tub and pool was dirty, so we didnt go in it. The room needed some repairs, extra deep cleaning is needed. We found food crumbs in the red chair, also cob webs with spiders in the bathroom . Which the spider was crawling on my daughters leg in the first night. Also, i was placed next to a room thats running some kind of machine? Not sure what it was but it kept me awake the whole night. I didnt want to leave a review but i think its needed. "

"Extremely close to Disneyland entrance. Kitchen room with two queen beds. Beds were pretty hard. Pool was clean but should have been warmer. Nice jacuzzi. Charged for parking, but ran out of spots due to using the same lot for valet. No breakfast available, but Denny’s and IHOP near by. No service for cleaning except fresh towels daily."

"This hotel was not accurately advertised. There is no splash pad, park shuttle, or open tiki bar. We had to request room service at 5 pm on our second day because no one had visited to empty the trash. There were no towels by the pool. We had no hot water in our room. Would not recommend."
