"This VRBO experience was absolutely five-star, and I cannot recommend this property and its hostess Jeannette, highly enough.From the moment we arrived, we quickly settled in, appreciating the home's great structure and location. Everything about this stay—especially the hospitality—was absolutely top-notch.Highlights of our stay:Kitchen Excellence: The kitchen was remarkably well-stocked—far beyond the standard for a rental. It had every dish, tool, and appliance we needed to cook full meals, making our long stay incredibly easy and enjoyable.Supreme Comfort: The bedding was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep every single night.Location & Outdoor Space: The location was ideal, and the yard was a fantastic bonus—a lovely, semi private space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.The Hostess: This is where the stay truly excelled. The host was exceptionally responsive, often replying within minutes, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. "This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay and hopefully there will be more to come. It is an easy walk to the Saturday farmer’s market and only slightly over a mile to Summerville itself, where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The house was, this time as well as last, extremely well cleaned and maintained. The host is easy to contact and replies quickly. We look forward to returning again."

"I think there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and everything was nice and clean. The space was nice and cool and care was taken in the decor. Everything went well while we were there."

"We visited for the weekend to visit our son who recently moved to Charleston. He lived relatively close but decided to stay with us in the house. The house was immaculately cleaned. Smelled so good and fresh. Nice touches everywhere. Very roomy and the beds were so comfortable. We took our dog. Nice grassy area for her walk around in. We did have a problem with the alarm code the first morning but i texted the owners and they were very responsive. Got a new code and we were all good. They are very prompt and willing to help with anything. Highly recommend this location. "

"This may have been my most favorite rental ever?! The host goes above and beyond. Quiche & chocolate chip pumpkin bread ready for us upon arrival. Allows early and late check in/out if needed and can accommodate. It was such a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things!!!! She had Christmas ornaments for sale too and I had to buy one because I want to remember this stay forever!"

"This house was a great set-up for our family to gather while we were in town for the wedding of another family member who lives nearby. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and the bedrooms were far enough removed from the living room that our youngest person (13) was able to sleep while the rest of us continued talking into the night.The house had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast during our stay, we had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, but we were having such a good time visiting we didn't even turn them on!The only issue with this house is there are 2 units and it can be hard to park if the visitors in the other unit take up all of the parking. The hosts were very very helpful (and immediately responsive) when we asked where to park, but I admit I was taken aback when we were given such explicit instructions about where to park and then could not do so. "
