What a truly wonderful place to stay, really quite faultless in so many ways.. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, our room was ex optionally clean and with spectacular views of the sea. Breakfasts were awesome, chef like quality with great local products on the eggs, bacon and fish. Highly recommended and thank you to our hosts for an amazing few days away.

Lovely stay, great location with the most incredible views (worth walking up the hill for!). Alison and Victor were so welcoming. Delicious breakfast kept me fuelled throughout a full day of walking, then chill out with a drink after. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect the room had views that you would die for watching the lights on the Welsh coast and down the hillside full of trees. Breakfast was a delicious range of cooked dishes for all tastes plus more. Lynton is a short walk from the hotel with plenty to see with a must visit to the Cliff railway. Plenty of walks along the rivers for hikers who like a challenge with supreme scenery.

Bin ganz begeistert!

From the moment we booked in we were greeted with the most friendly and obliging couple we could wish to meet. The standard or the hotel is exceptional and we had a really comfortable stay there. Breakfast was really good and we would certainly try to stay at Sinai House hotel if we visit the area again

My husband and I went for a short weekend to walk around the area….upon arrival we were greeted by Alison and made very welcome and a lovely cup of tea. The property sits high up in lynton and we had great views of the sea and the room was very well appointed and clean and the most comfy bed… we ordered a sharing platter for our evening meal which was delicious and plenty of food…they also did a packed lunch for our Saturday walk which kept us going to get up them hills!! they also have a self service bar which was great and good choice of drinks and snacks. We met victor in the evening who does the chefing and made again to feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely and had a great choice and the service was excellent at all times and we enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely be going back. Thank you Alison and victor for a wonderful stay xx

A little gem of a guest house.

We enjoyed our stay here very much; it was a very comfortable room with lots of thoughtful touches and great views. We were provided with a fantastic breakfast too with a lot of choice. We made use of the guest lounge and enjoyed the fresh milk which was made available for our teas and coffees in room. The entrance to the hotel is tight but OK and do check your Sat Nav takes you through the town into Lynway and not into the southern part of Lynway which is has no access to the guest house. Also check your Spam inbox as the guest house had very helpfully sent directions which had unfortunately got lost in there and were seen too late. If you are concerned about parking, there is a large public car park at the bottom of the hill. This was a fabulous place to stay for our planned walks to Woody Bay and NT Watersmeet, a highly recommended guest house and we would happily return.
