10/10 Excellent

"Our room was very comfortable for one adult and two children, and even though we directly overlooked the train, bus and tram stations, the sound proofing was excellent. Having a fridge in the room was very useful for having breakfast in our own room (Lidl downstairs was a good place to source the essentials). Direct access into the shopping centre (via Pizza Hut, connecting door in the basement) was very useful, and the whole hotel and shopping complex felt very safe, even when the shops were closed. Perfectly connected for the city's transport network and with useful facilities like the pool, gym and kids room, as well as a reasonably priced bar and restaurant make this a great location in Gothenburg, especially for the very competitive price we paid, even during the school holiday period. The only thing that could be better is the TV... it was a huge, wonderful screen, but only had a choice of 12 channels, which seems like a missed opportunity."

"We stayed for a weekend and we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and loved the open foyer area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the size of the shower. Only thing we didnt like was the plastic mattress topper which kept sliding around on the bed. Plus we wanted double room and got two singles?"
