The heater in the room had a few issues. These were promptly fixed, however, and other than that, my stay was excellent.
This is a convenient hotel to stay in if using the ferry service just a short walk to Bluebridge or Railway station to get bus service to Interislander ferry. Great location to Lampton Quay with buses shopping and cafes all available. Easy check in clean and comfortable rooms
Everything was great about our stay, but if I had to choose what was the most outstanding it would be the staff, from the front desk right through to the cleaners, they were all so helpful and pleasant.
Nice quiet rooms . Friendly helpful staff, Restaurant menu could do with a vegetarian option . All very nice though will stay again
