「The suite was comfortable, nicely decorated, had a great view of the lake, close to the ski area and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated that it was pet (cat) friendly so that our furry companions could be with us. We would certainly stay here again. 」

「Love the property, the privacy, and the proximity to Grand Marais and the Cascade River State Park. The price seemed a tiny bit high for what we got, but we don’t have dogs. If we had dogs, the price would be more than worth it. Would stay again for sure!」

「We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The views were simply incredible and even though our weather wasn’t the best, we loved watching the rain and fog over the lake. The location along the shore was perfect for hiking and other activities. Overall our experience was extremely positive and we would gladly stay again.」

「Beautiful place. Set up is great for 3 couples. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor deck but the living room space had a great view from the big windows and sliders. It was really cozy sitting by the fireplace. The kitchen was set up great to do all our cooking. Finally, it was a quick trip to Grand Marais.」

「My daughter and I spent 4 nights here and it was perfect for what we wanted to do. It's close to downtown, so we didn't really need our car for anything. We just walked. We took classes at the North House Folk School and spent time wandering trails and paths. The inside set-up was great, too. The house is stocked with anything we needed. We would definitely rent again if we're back in that area.」
