"The house is a converted barn and is situated in the country side. It is very comfortable and is kitted with pretty much everything you need. You really feel like you are in the country and it is smack bang in the heart of south western Cornwall. There are many cities close by like Truro, Redruth, Falmouth, St Ives, Penzance etc. There is also a very good pub called the Golden Lion Inn just minutes away. Definitely stay here again."

"Thank you to the hosts for providing an A* experience on our trip to Cornwall. The property is off high standard and with uninterrupted views of the wooded local area. "Property was exactly as described, but what made it extra special was the little touches provided by the owners. On arrival, a traditional cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as well as tea, coffee and a little carton of milk so no need to dash to the shop. The first evening the owners lit tea lights in lanterns leading to the front door. All very sweet and thoughtful. Very peaceful location but very easy access to Mevagissey and Fowey. "The hotel was great with a fantastic sea view, staff were friendly and helpful. I read the description of the hotel which said parking available (for a fee) but on arrival found it was a nearby council carpark. I took my old soft top car and was disappointed to leave it overnight outside and vulnerable. It would have been helpful if the car park arrangement was clearer "

Great stay in Newquay.

"The hotel location is perfect. On sea front and a few minutes walk into town. The rail station is only minutes away too. The hotel was quiet. My room,small, but everything was there. I was very comfortable in the room. I would certainly choose to stay there again. I had a lovely break and enjoyed Newquay very much."
