I was really underwhelmed with the Dorsett. We booked an Executive Lounge Room and were really disappointed to get a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the shopping centre Carpark. The cleaners on different days, didn’t leave bathmats, face cloths. Rubbish bins that were full on one day wasn’t emptied, no amenities - milk, teabags on one occasion. Netting curtains unhemmed and dragging the ground. The Executive Lounge was nice, and the staff were lovely up there, especially Rashmi. Overall - for what should have been a 5 star stay, this was just an average hotel stay. Nothing special at all sorry.

"Buffet Breakfast was great, hotel room always serviced daily and cleaned, good view of the coast. Friday and Saturday nights on the strip the clubs were very loud and music was blasting till 4am. Staff are friendly and we had a good time, room had essentials and was private and comfortable."
