"Great city centre hotel. But the underground car park can be hard to find for the 1st time and it is also very tight so may struggle with a bigger car or SUV. The hotel doesn’t have a bar area as such but more of a social meeting area with waiter service to the table or sofa. There is also an outside patio area I believe as well. Didn’t try breakfast as I had to leave early every day. Did try room service and the food was great. Would recommend and stay here again myself. "

"A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. "The hotel's proximity to both the old town and the Guggenheim museum makes it the ideal location. When it came to checking in and out, the staff was all welcoming and accommodating. Our room was neatly maintained, quite large, and had a very comfortable bed. However, because the shower's drainage was a little plugged, we had a minor issue. Even with this minor issue though, we had a pleasant stay."

Great location, friendly and modern
"Nice, modern hotel in the city centre (but on a quiet street). Friendly staff and quick check in. Had a suite for three people - it was large and offered a central TV wall to offer a degree of privacy for the comfortable sofa bed. Quite minimalistic (all white) but this gave a clean fresh feel. Breakfast was reasonable - also free coffee in reception throughout day. Easy walking to all main sights in Bilbao and in the heart of the shops. "
