Excelente atendimento e estadia, mas como nada é 100% deixar só o comentário sobre a praia na frente, que tem muitos corais, que quando a maré sobe, os esconde tornado o banho perigoso. Existem placas de avisos! O resort é muito bom, camas confortáveis, atendimento excelente e comidas com preço bom, comparado aos restaurantes de Luís Correia e Teresina.
Só descobrimos a espuma no último dia. 😅

O local é muito bonito e a infraestrutura muito boa. Os funcionários são excelentes e muito simpáticos. E esta simpatia compensa um pouco a nítida falta de treinamento da equipe. Nossa experiencia nao foi das melhores. O isolamento acustico do quarto é muito ruim (até o caminhar do hospede do quarto de cima é ouvido embaixo). os funcionarios conversam na area de servico atras dos blocos a esquerda e o barulho comeca cedo. O restaurante tem nítidos problemas de gestao. Serviram uma comida muito boa num dia. Em outro nos serviram uma galinha caipira queimada (encomendada no incio da manha). informamos e sequer recebemos um pedido de desculpas. A noite uma pizza brotinho levou uma hora e meia pra ficar pronta. E o bar da praia fecha muito cedo. Sugestao a quem for: exija ficar em quarto do andar de cima em bloco do lado direito. DEvem ser menos barulhentos que os de baixo em blocos do lado esquerdo.

Local distante da cidade que dificulta vc buscar qualquer opção fora. Valores de alimentação e bebidas estimulam a buscar opcoes fora. Fora piscina, pouco entretenimento. Não houve nenhuma programação para crianças. Praia não é apropriada para banho, cheio de pedras.

Notamos que o café da manhã do hotel diminuiu a qualidade, parece que estão utilizando ingredientes em uma qualidade inferior ao que ofereciam anteriormente. Além disso, estão cobrando 10 reais a mais em uma tapioca, crepita ou cuscuz recheado, nunca vi isso! Nem hotéis mais simples fazem uma cobrança dessa. Uma diária neste valor não deveria ter este tipo de surpresa desagradável.

É um hotel 4 estrelas. Não avalio como resort.

O lugar é lindo, fantástico! Os funcionários são muito educados e cordiais. Mas Infelizmente a limpeza deixou muuuito a desejar. Tinha muitas moscas no resort. Até nos quartos. A comida é bem saborosa. Mas, olha, precisa melhorar bastante. Para carregar o nome de resort, tem que ter mais qualidade nos serviços.

O local é muito agradável para família, principalmente para crianças. E também para casais. O hotel tem uma "praia particular, além de um ótima piscina adulto e muito boa área de piscina e entretenimento para crianças. Restaurante com bom cardápio e música ao vivo aos fins de semana.

No geral a nossa estadia foi muito boa

Pontos positivos: Funcionários atenciosos, limpeza impecável e o café da manhã com muita variedade e tudo delicioso. Pontos negativos: Como é distante de tudo, acabamos fazendo praticamente todas as refeições no hotel, e não é permitido a entrada de alimentos e as condições de parcelamento são ruins . Eles só parcelam as despesas a partir de R$ 600,00 em duas vezes. Sugestão de melhoria: Um ofurô ou hidromassagem com água morna...

O hotel é muito bom para famílias com crianças, o que não era nosso caso... falta um pouco de entretenimento para adultos. Não dá para tomar banho de mar em frente ao hotel, o que só descobrimos ao chegar. Tem uma porção de regras antipáticas em relação a toalhas. Gostei do tratamento dos funcionários, que são bem cordiais. Porém não gostamos de algumas coisas. Logo no check-in fomos informados, por escrito, através de um manual entregue, que não poderíamos entrar com alimentos e bebidas no hotel, ou seja, o hotel quer obrigar os hóspedes a consumir seus produtos do frigobar, fazendo venda casada, o que é proibido. Não gostamos também da praia em frente ao hotel, muitas pedras e algas, ficando imprópria para banho na maioria do tempo.

Belo Hotel

Estamos em pandemia e fizemos uma parada para dormir e quebrar uma viagem. O hotel, mesmo nesse período, está totalmente bem cuidado e os funcionários atenciosos. Alguns serviços como piscina e parque aquatico não estão funcionando por força do período. Mas apreciar o mar e a beleza o hotel valem a pena!
