"I couldn't believe how beautiful the grounds and how much lake access the villa had. I would highly recommend. We felt like we had place to ourselves, as we rarely saw other owners. Only comment on finding gate, is once you see Mandarin gate and check-in roadside, you will be looking for similar gate just up road at end of Mandarin property"

"A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! Sehr schlechtes WLAN(unsere Kinder finden das schrecklich) Keine Waschmaschine und sämtliche anderen Sachen die vermerkt waren, haben wir bis...

"We are just back from a wonderful week at Chocolat in Omegna. Marco and Anna are wonderful hosts and help in whatever question you have, thanks. We also loved having the company of the two dogs and the two cats, especially little Marley! This is the perfect place for an extraordinary week on and in the water (they provide SUP's, kayak and a pedal boat and you can even rent their boat for a day) and also visiting nice little Italian towns and markets in the area. "Family of 7 adults stayed for 3 days. The house was exactly as posted. Beautiful, clean and perfect. Francesco is a great host and person. Always smiling and helpful and accommodating. I could not imagine staying anywhere else while in Como. We hope to come back again. You must stay here if you are traveling to Como. Use Francesco private chef at the house and boat taxi. It made for the most memorable vacation and experience for our family. "
